A 2oz Cleansing Oil for Normal/Combination Skin, 2oz Toner, 1oz Myrrhaculous Face Cream, and a FATCO Treasure Pod carrying bag.
Combination skin is awkward — the T-zone runs oily while the cheeks run dry. Tallow's fatty acid profile is close to human sebum, so it tends to leave skin feeling even rather than stripped or greasy. Note the tallow here is in the face cream; the Cleansing Oil and Toner are plant-based.
Oil cleansing dissolves makeup, sebum and grime on the principle that like dissolves like. Apply the Cleansing Oil to dry skin, massage, emulsify with warm water and rinse. Follow with the Toner, then the Face Cream.
There is no published comedogenic rating for beef tallow — the scale quoted online tested isolated ingredients on rabbit ears and did not include it. Tolerance varies between people. If your skin congests easily, start slowly and patch test along the jaw.
This kit contains Myrrhaculous Face Cream, which includes myrrh essential oil — one of the oils commonly avoided during pregnancy. The Facial Skincare Set for Normal Skin, Pregnancy Safe swaps in UnMyrrhaculous instead. Check with your own healthcare provider.
