Shipping & Returns


All domestic ground orders are shipped from our warehouse in Glenn, CA, USA via USPS. We also offer domestic 2 day and overnight shipping, which uses UPS or FedEx  (note that all orders take up to a business day to process before shipping).

Flat Rate 'Standard' shipping goes via USPS ground and 'Expedited' via whichever carrier is chosen. Ground domestic shipping is free for orders over $50.

All international orders are shipped via Fedex (note Canada can also ship via USPS if that is a more economic option). For questions regarding shipping to your location, please contact us at

For all orders (ground, international as well as expedited):  Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

For domestic ground shipping:  Orders shipped via ground shipping can take 3-5 business days to reach their final destination.

Shipping and handling times for international orders vary by location. A delay in package delivery due to customs processing may occur depending on your location. As a result, please allow 10-­25 days for your package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.


We want you to LOVE your FATCO Products! So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date for an in-store credit.

You will be required to pay for your own shipping of all returned items. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse customers for any previously paid shipping charges.

Steps To Returning a Product:

1. Email us at with a subject line "Return Order #XXXXX", and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. We will reply back with further instruction.

2. When sending your product back, please include a copy of your order confirmation email or your order number with your return. Returns can be sent to the following address:

3. Once we receive the returned product we will issue you an in-store credit via a gift card.

We can only allow returns for purchases placed through Any product purchased at a retail location or at one of our distributors will not be considered for return and must be handled by that location. But please note that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges.


We are not responsible for providing refunds if your shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout. 

Gift Cards may not be returned. We offer absolutely no returns on Sample Items.


Shipping Protection via Navidium

At checkout you will have the ability to protect your shipment from loss, damage and theft using Navidium Shipping Protection! Please understand that if Navidium Shipping Protection is not added to an order, we cannot insure that package.  For all Navidium Shipping Protection claims, please reach out to our team directly at Please include as many details as possible in your email.

Damaged Packages w/Navidium Protection

If your products arrive damaged, broken or defective, we will replace the goods free of charge. Please file your issue with photos showing the damage within 15 days of your package delivery date.


Lost Packages w/Navidium Protection

If you never received your products, we will replace the goods free of charge.  

Domestic shipments: Please file your issue between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.

International shipments: Please file your issue between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update.


Stolen Packages w/Navidium Protection

If you believe that your package was the victim of "porch pirates" (ie was stolen), we will replace the goods free of charge. Please file your issue between 5 and 15 days from the date that the package was marked as "delivered". Stolen orders over $250 will require a police report.
