Shipping policy

All domestic ground orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chico, CA, USA via USPS or Fedex. We also offer domestic 2 day and overnight shipping, which uses FedEx  (note that all orders take up to a business day to process before shipping).

Flat Rate 'Standard' shipping goes via USPS ground and 'Expedited' via whichever carrier is chosen. Ground domestic shipping is free for orders over $50.

All international orders are shipped via Fedex (note Canada can also ship via USPS if that is a more economic option). For questions regarding shipping to your location, please contact us at support@fatco.com.

For domestic ground shipping:  If an order is placed by 11am PST, that order will be shipped out in the same day. If your order is placed after 11am PST, then that order will be shipped out the following business day. Order shipped via ground shipping can take 3-5 business days to reach their final destination.

Shipping and handling times for international orders vary by location. A delay in package delivery due to customs processing may occur depending on your location. As a result, please allow 10-­25 days for your package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them.
