The formulas are identical except UnMyrrhaculous leaves out the myrrh essential oil. Myrrh is one of the essential oils commonly avoided during pregnancy, so this version exists for anyone who would rather skip it — same tallow base, no myrrh.
Myrrh appears on most lists of essential oils to avoid while pregnant, so we made a version without it. We are not in a position to tell you what is safe in your pregnancy — that is a conversation for you and your doctor or midwife. What we can tell you is exactly what is in the jar, and that myrrh is not.
Lists vary, but myrrh, clary sage, oregano, high-concentration rosemary and thyme come up most often. Guidance on this differs between sources, so check with your own healthcare provider rather than relying on any brand's list, including ours.
