Yes — always. FATCO's Stank Stop deodorants contain zero aluminum compounds in any form. Rather than blocking sweat glands with aluminum salts, Stank Stop Cream works on the odour itself: baking soda neutralises acidic odour compounds on contact, and coconut oil and grass-fed tallow make up a base that stays comfortable on skin. You will still sweat — that is healthy — but you won't stink.
It works well for most people, with one caveat: the cream contains baking soda, which is very effective on odour but can cause redness or a rash in people who are sensitive to it. This is a pH response, not an allergy. Worth knowing — the Stank Stop Deodorant Stick also contains baking soda, so if that is your issue, the baking-soda-free option in the range is Pit Spritz, which is apple cider vinegar based.
The base is organic coconut oil, organic arrowroot powder, organic shea butter and tallow from grass-fed cows, with baking soda and non-nano zinc oxide doing the odour work, plus beeswax. The scent ingredients differ between varieties, and a couple of scents include sunflower seed wax — the complete list for this one is on this page, so check it if you have an allergy.
Possibly, for 2 to 4 weeks. When you stop blocking sweat glands with aluminum, there is a recalibration period where you may notice more sweating and temporarily stronger odour. That is not Stank Stop failing, it is your body readjusting. Most people find it settles within a month.
